Focus on… Pavilion Theatre (Dublin, Ireland)

ImageOn the 14th and 15th of October Icarus Theatre Collective will perform Shakespeare’s ‘Othello’ at Pavilion Theatre. We are very excited to come back to Pavilion Theatre in Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown, Ireland, having previously toured ‘Macbeth’ (October 2011) and ‘Romeo & Juliet’ (November 2012) to this fabulous venue.

Pavilion Theatre is the municipal theatre for Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown. Pavilion Theatre aims to be recognised as an outstanding performing arts venue through: quality varied programming, artistic excellence, outstanding service to all artists, sound governance, financial management and a reputation as a centre of excellence for children’s programmes.**

Also, Pavilion Theatre has a volunteer programme. They are welcoming people to form a team of volunteer ushers. As a Pavilion volunteer, you will meet and greet the patrons and be the welcoming face of the Pavilion Theatre, show them to their seats and be the house representative in the audience.**
